Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via AusPost.
Orders will be posted within 5 business days from the day of ordering, if there is a delay you will be contacted ASAP.
Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and location to be shipped to (For The Parrots is located in NSW, Australia).
International orders may take more than 30 days to arrive.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return items you must email fortheparrots@outlook.com with your reason for seeking a return as well as a photo to support (for example; items arrived damaged, send a photo of items in the shipping box). Requests for returns can only be made within 48 hours of the packages arrival.
Depending on the issue I can offer to send replacements (either same items or other items of similar value),give a full refund or provide store credit. This will be discussed via email.
